Kicking and Unmuting

Hey Guys, just 2 things:
1. I have noticed on the sever if you warn some1 3 times then kick them, the frag bot still kicks them and does the Temp Ban. is there any way to stop this.
2. Also with the Muting, if an admin un-mutes players the frag bot still un-mutes them again, is there anyway to stop that aswell.

1. Impossible to stop that, in fact if you warn some1 3 times is not to kick him after it's to tempban him
or remove a warn before he get autokick (for the tempban) then kick him.
2. There is a way to stop unmuting twice but it's very complicated to do this i've to modify a lot of things in b3 and it's not important...
This isn't a problem if a player get unmuted 2 times !
