You cant connect to any server.Please restart your your game to repair that.Check Also that nobody else is using your auth key.You can request a new one at urbanterror,info

This topic is about problems with connecting to server, so I will move it to proper place. Also, I've met Sheep on server and his problem disappeared.

I just want to add that this problem happen when you open multiple UrT windows. Avoid this and You'll not have this error.
If you have this error, just close all UrT windows and open 1 UrT windows and then you can connect to the server
