New CTF server

Amazing, I enjoy CTF.
But why Frag|Fun CTF ? People might think that this refers to "funny maps" and it is well-known fact that servers with funny maps are not the most successful ones
I'd rather put some other adjective such as "amazing" "mind-blowing" "remarkable".
Also, nice to see there is no this annoying infinite-stamina no-damage MOD.

So, what about scheduling the time when we should gather at the server and play, because that is the only way we can make players come and play on a new server?

This is for this reason I created this server
About the name of this new server, the first cyclemap I created was funnier than now, I put a lot of custom maps on it and I was fun, but I noticed that too much player leave because of these maps (mostly because of the long downloading) so I removed most of then.
In fact now I can change the name of the server, thanks for your suggestions
I'll change the name of the server to : Frag|Amazing CTF if you have other idea for the name please tell us, or we can just name the server : Frag| CTF or Frag| Capture The Flag
It's better a CTF without mod !

It's a good Idea we'll try to organise that this week end. Do not hesitate to make advertissement for our CTF server on the BOMB server, sometime I tell players on the bomb mode to come on the CTF. I'll do an B3 Adv asap.

You're not banned on CTF. I have this issue on some maps too. Sometimes it works, sometimes freezes at this "Awaiting Snapshot" screen. I'm searching for solutions already.

It's only your server that blocks it :S I got in once but now I really can't connect

Nobody is banned ! I have the same Issue to connect to the server. I don't know what is this problem, it's a server side problem, maybe cause of the bots. On the UrT log nothing strange, we see the players connecting and entering the game even if it stay at "Awaiting Snapshot"
I done a Cyclemap and now it's working correctly

Found on polish Urban Terror's community site.

Prolonged "Awaiting snapshot" message means that your computer needs to load maps more time than allowed by the server. It can help to lower the resolution and / or closing programs running in the background. You can also ask the administrator of the server where the problem occurs to slightly increase the parameter value "sv_timeout". It specifies the maximum time that can take a client to connect to the server.

I don't know is that working or not (sv_timeout). I've always running only UrT, so first part doesn't seem to work.

As far as maps are concerned, I think it would be a great solution to stick with the official maps only at the moment.

Most of the settings are the same between the CTF & the BOMB server so I don't think this bug come from the configuration of the server.

By the way Meister, can you please return the previous stats page? This one is horrible, confusing and laggy.

The previous stats page is still online : http://frag-urt.com/xlrstats/ you can change which server you are looking for on the top left of the page.
I prefer the new XLRstats page because I like the ranking by leagues, we have a list of the online players with the world map showing the connection place, we can have a XLRstats account ect but it's true that the new version is a bit laggy...
